How we calculate your due date:
- Pre-approval forms are due 30 days before start date of trip (day 30 is the day before you depart)
- Post-travel forms are due 15 days after you return from travel (day 1 is the day after you get back)
- If the due date falls on a weekend (Saturday or Sunday), fall forward to the next business day
